Jim, thanks for taking the time to test drive my Acura and help diagnose the transmission problem. Later you called to tell me that Acura had extended the warranty on some models. I checked with the Acura dealer and they confirmed that the repair was covered on a warranty extension because of higher than normal failures. You went out of your way to do this for me and I appreciate your honesty and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend TSI to my friends. If I have transmission problems in the future, TSI is where I will go.

I just want to express my gratitude for the service provided by Clayton on my vehicle's recent transmission problem. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a mechanic with integrity and one that will go beyond what is generally expected.
As a woman dealing with any car problem, I always feel as though I can be taken advantage of in my knowledge, or lack thereof, on car issues. Clayton told me from the start that he would check other possible solutions before replacing the entire transmission with a used one as I had requested. Prior to my referral to TSI by Rudy at Infiniti, I had brought my car to three other transmission shops, all which told me I needed to have my transmission rebuilt at a cost of anywhere from $2500 - $4000. When Clayton called and informed me that it was a good possibility that a sensor was all that was needed, I was elated!
